All personal details held by theheartgiftshop.com are used for company use only.  Information held will be used for marketing purposes only. No information whatsoever will be passed onto third parties, on request personal information can be removed.

Consumer Protection Regulations

All information on our products is as accurate as possible. There may be a slight change in colour due to quality of photographs of items taken. Many items have a rustic nature; these are not imperfections, purely unique items. All items despatched have been checked, we cannot be held responsible to any damage during transit.

Postage prices are made available for each item at time of purchase. No other tax or VAT is applicable on a normal sale for delivery to England, Ireland, Scotland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, and Spain. For other countries please check with your customs as with wholesale items too.

On receipt of an order a confirmation email will be sent. We endeavour to fully update our website with all items in stock.  On rare occasions if an order has been placed and that item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and fully refund within 2 working days.

All items (other than perishable and digital) are covered by the “7 day cooling off period”. An order can be cancelled and returned during this period although the items must be returned, unopened/un-used and not damaged in any way. The customer is liable to return postage costs.
